Remote Mower Production Process
Step-by-step production process for our remote controlled tracked mowers:
from cutting and welding, to assembly, inspection, packing and loading.
Ready-to-Ship Inventory
-
Tracks & Wear Parts
Heavy-duty rubber tracks, blades, rollers and gearboxes are prepared in advance. This keeps our remote-controlled mowers stable in quality and reduces lead time for new orders.
-
Spare Parts Warehouse
Original spare parts such as engines, hydraulics and electronic components are stored on dedicated racks. Clear labeling and stock control help us schedule production and ship replacement parts quickly.
-
Ready-to-Ship Inventory
Each mower and key component is matched with its own export-grade wooden crate before packing. Extra protection is added around engines, hydraulics and electronics to withstand long-distance sea shipment. This helps your mowers arrive safely in Europe, Australia and other regions with fewer shipping surprises.
Assembly, Testing & Quality Control
-
Assembly Workshop
Every mower is assembled in our own workshop by experienced technicians.
Key components – from engines and hydraulics to tracks and control systems – are fitted and torqued according to strict procedures.
This keeps the machines consistent, reliable and easy to maintain. -
Functional Testing
Before delivery, each mower is fully tested under load in our workshop.
We check engine performance, blade operation, remote control signal, safety functions and emergency stop.
Only mowers that pass all tests are allowed to move to the next step. -
Final Quality Check
Finished mowers are inspected one by one before packing.
Our team verifies serial numbers, options, accessories and visual details, then records everything on a quality checklist.
This final check ensures you receive a machine that is ready to work on arrival.
