AgroMach Global Terms of Service

1. Payment Terms
Full Prepayment:
All orders are subject to 100% payment upon confirmation. Please see the checkout page for payment options.
Bulk orders (e.g. full container shipments): Please contact info@agromachglobal.com for customized payment terms.
Currency Risk: Losses caused by exchange rate fluctuations after payment are borne by the customer.
It takes about 3-5 days to process your funds and order after you make the payment.
2. Shipping Policy
Cargo Preparation: Once the funds and order are fully confirmed, we will take 20-30 days to prepare the goods for you and contact the freight forwarder to confirm the shipping details. We will email you after confirmation.
Shipping Methods:
Domestic: Seller-designated courier company delivers to the freight forwarder warehouse (3-5 days).
International: DDP container LCL shipping (20-55 days, depending on the country).
Cost Sharing: DDP terms include tariffs and customs clearance fees (borne by the seller).
Risk Allocation:
Risk after shipment: Risk is transferred to the carrier/insurance company after the goods leave the factory (except force majeure).
Return Costs: Buyer is responsible for return shipping, duties and customs clearance fees.
Buyer Obligations: Delays or losses caused by wrong address, incomplete customs documents or refusal to accept delivery are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
3. Return and Refund Policy
No Refunds after Shipment:
No refunds will be accepted after the goods leave China (including cancellation of order, wrong address, currency fluctuation).
Orders are considered "final sale" after shipment. Buyer bears all shipping risks.
Return Conditions after Shipment:
Returns can only be requested within 3 days after receipt and all the following conditions are met:
The goods are unopened, unused, intact packaging and accessories are complete.
Submit photo/video evidence and third-party inspection report (e.g. SGS) for quality claims.

Return costs: Buyers are responsible for return shipping, customs duties, and a 10% handling fee (for losses and administrative costs).
Returns will not be accepted for:
Requests submitted more than 3 days after delivery.
Used, installed, damaged or missing parts.
Customized products (such as special specifications of machinery).
Goods detained or destroyed due to the buyer's local customs policy.
4. Warranty Policy
Warranty coverage:
Core components (such as engines) have a 1-year limited warranty (from the date of delivery).
Covers mechanical failures and OEM part defects not caused by misuse.
Exclusions:
Wearable parts (such as blades, filters, tires).
Damage caused by improper use, maintenance, installation errors, natural disasters or war.
Modified or non-OEM parts.
Warranty process:
Buyers provide proof of purchase and third-party inspection report.
Sellers can provide repairs, replacements or compensation after verification.
Return shipping costs for warranty services are borne by the buyer.
5. Customer Support
Response Time: All requests are responded to within 72 hours.
Language Support: Chinese service; other languages are provided through translation tools.
Technical Support: Product manuals, installation videos and remote guidance (no on-site service).
6. Force Majeure
If delivery is delayed or not completed due to war, epidemics, port strikes, etc., the seller may:
Extend the delivery time.
Negotiate a partial refund (minus incurred expenses).
Terminate the order and receive a full refund.
7. Dispute Resolution
Under $10,000: Resolved through negotiation or mediation.
Over $10,000: Arbitration under the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC).
Additional Protection:
If liability is found in the dispute, the buyer shall bear the legal costs.
Order execution is suspended until written agreement is reached.
8. Additional Seller-Friendly Terms
Intellectual Property: All product designs, patents, and technical documentation are owned by AgroMach Global.
Data Sovereignty: Customer data is stored on Chinese servers and is governed by Chinese law.
Right of Termination: Seller reserves the right to terminate the cooperation due to malicious claims or fraud.
